Katiyar Chest Centre is a pulmonology and chest-medicine clinic located at 112/369A, Dayal Rd, Khalasi Line, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208002. References to “we”, “us” or “the clinic” mean Katiyar Chest Centre.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current and complete information when booking an appointment. You are responsible for the details you submit, including the patient’s name and contact information.

3. Appointments and consultation fees

• Booking an appointment online reserves a consultation slot with the clinic but does not constitute a confirmed diagnosis or treatment plan.
• The applicable consultation fee is shown at the time of booking and is payable online to confirm the slot.
• The clinic may need to reschedule an appointment due to a doctor’s unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances; in such cases we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers. By making a payment you also agree to the payment provider’s applicable terms. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Medical disclaimer
