Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for appointments booked and paid for online with Katiyar Chest Centre.

All payments are final

The consultation fee paid online confirms a reserved appointment slot with our doctors. Please be aware that all payments are final:

• Appointments, once booked, cannot be cancelled.
• The consultation fee is non-refundable. No refund is issued for a cancellation, a change of plan, or a missed appointment (no-show).

If the clinic cannot see you

In the rare event that the clinic is unable to honour your appointment — for example, due to a doctor’s unavailability — we will contact you to arrange an alternative appointment time at no additional charge.

Before you pay

Because the fee is non-refundable, please double-check your chosen doctor, date and time slot before completing payment. You are asked to confirm and accept this policy at the time of booking.
